To ensure the quality and professional integrity of the coaches we feature in our Coach Referral Network, each coach must:
Be certified by an ICF accredited Coach Training Program or have the ICF credential of ACC, PCC, or MCC
Have coached for 200 paid hours (must be documented)
Be a member of the International Coach Federation
Provide at least 3 client references with contact information
Provide a letter of recommendation from a coach who holds an ICF credential or a certification from an accredited ICF Training Program
Upon acceptance, complete the DSWA's industry-specific Orientation course of 4 one-hour tele-classes (no fee)
The Coach Referral Network is the place where direct sellers look to find professional coaches who understand the industry and can support them in creating the life they desire.
