#1: Custom Training Programs

The DSWA has established a reputation for creating custom training programs to meet the unique needs of companies in the areas of leadership development, sponsoring and sales training and

overall sales force development.
 #2: Accelerated Mentoring Program

Established for those owners and executives who want assistance in developing strategies that will accelerate and sustain their growth for decades to come. Its purpose is to provide decision makers with insights, expertise and guidance in line with the latest trends and advancements in the areas of operations, sales, marketing, sales force growth, training and leadership development. In short, it is a program designed to support company executives in making sound decisions and avoiding costly mistakes in the course of growing their direct selling business.

Accelerated Mentoring – DSWA’s most comprehensive program starts with an in-depth needs assessment, followed by two pre-session strategy calls with your executive team. The results are an intensive full day or two consecutive half days of private consultation. The sessions are followed up will be a written summary of findings and recommendations and a post session strategy call to discuss progress and further fine tuning your plan of action.

#3: In-House Leadership Coaching
This program is for companies who wish to provide quality in-house training and support to their current and future leaders. By partnering with the DSWA, your company will benefit from the extensive research and field testing results which was conducted with thousands of direct selling distributors. While this program focuses on teaching participants the principles and practical skills of the Principle-Centered Coaching™ model, the added components of helping participants develop the mind-set and habits of a leader are essential to the long term success of the individual. This program also includes one-on-one coaching, small group coaching and leadership skill training.
#4:  Keynote Address and Convention Speaking

Keynote Speakers - Co-Founders of the DSWA, Nicki Keohohou and Jane Deuber can put you in touch with direct selling secrets that will revolutionize your business and enrich your life and the lives of your distributors/consultants. Anyone who has heard these dynamic ladies speak, knows the incredible education and motivation they provide. Consider Nicki or Jane for your next team/corporate event.

Nicki Keohohou began her career as a direct seller more than 30 years ago. Today she teaches and motivates direct sellers around the world through her workshops, seminars and audio programs. She has been a successful distributor, corporate executive and consultant for hundreds of corporations including many of the industry’s leading companies.
Jane Deuber combines a rare mix of skills; her experience in the field, training as a coach, her years as an owner of a direct selling company and now her work with direct selling professionals from around the world, uniquely position her as an expert in the field.
#5: Executive Forum

You will want to participate in a six month series of bi-monthly group conference calls with experts in the industry. This is an opportunity to ask those burning questions, as you submit a list each month prior to the call. And just so you don’t forget, we provide convenient email reminders, along with a supporting document. For a 24 hour period, you’ll be eligible for E-mentoring by the expert. You also may receive exclusive offers. And to assist you in training your staff, the Tele-forum recording will be available to share. Upon conclusion, you’ll be awarded a certificate of completion – Executive Forum Award Plaque.

#6: Bulk Membership

Provide your sales force with the vast educational resources available through the DSWA by participating in the "bulk membership program.” This option enables companies to purchase 3 month memberships at a considerable discount to be included in your starter kit. #7: Private Mentoring
The Private Mentoring programs provides two 1-hour calls per month to address topics, projects, or challenges that are most pressing for your company. To begin, you’ll complete a Company needs assessment. Each week, prior to the call, you’ll email an update. The DSWA Executive Team will also provide email support and targeted resources that will help you through a particular challenge you may be facing. Requires a 6-month commitment.
#8: Field Educational Resources

Keep your Sales & Marketing team on the cutting edge by providing them with a constant source of industry-specific tools. These resources can be used as a springboard for developing successful campaigns in the area of sales, recruiting, training and leadership development to facilitate the growth of your company.
